The Infosys SURE unit specializes in guiding businesses within the services, utilities, energy, and resources sectors through digital transformation. As a Domain Consultant 3, your responsibilities include:
Responsibilities
- Perform business analysis projects using advanced techniques (e.g., predictive analytics, scenario modeling) to identify strategic opportunities within the domain, influencing long-term decisions and value chain optimization.
- Detail evaluations of IT solutions, leveraging domain expertise to assess effectiveness and alignment with client goals, guiding strategic technology decisions.
- Create documentation for systems, ensuring precision and thoroughness, while leading efforts to articulate sophisticated technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Conduct specialized research on third-party products, providing in-depth insights on features, performance, and integration capabilities to ensure alignment with client needs and industry standards.
- Create solution architectures and develop comprehensive architectural diagrams, ensuring scalability, resilience, and integration with existing infrastructure.
- Run the technical aspects of implementation by applying domain knowledge and ensuring scalable optimal system performance.
- Design and execute maintenance strategies to ensure long-term system reliability.
Requirements
Required qualifications include:
- Experience as a Business Analyst in Financial audit, risk, or compliance domains.
- Understanding of audit methodologies, financial reporting, and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
- Three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
Preferred qualifications include:
- CPA experience with audit management systems.
- An academic background in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.

Expertise in IT solutions and solution architecture for specific sectors, proficiency in evaluating IT solutions and aligning them with business enhancement goals, a focus on innovation and adaptability for integrating new technologies, and proactive problem-solving to streamline complex requirements.
