About the role

This position provides financial support for Parking and Transportation Services.

Responsibilities

• Processes campus vendor invoices, Bursar billings, and OK Corral orders and payments.
• Maintains accurate and current inventory records, tracks and disposes of fixed assets, and generates maintenance and repair work orders.
• Issues and monitors university vehicle permits and coordinates travel arrangements for staff and faculty.
• Serves as backup to the Administrative Assistant and consistently demonstrates strong attention to detail, accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with established policies and procedures.
