About the role
Provide administrative support to the Financial Assistance Department in various operational tasks and provide professional support across multiple functions within the department.
- Processes payments on active and charged off accounts within two operating systems.
- Completes account offsets under direction of FA Leadership.
- Manages vendor invoices to ensure they are accurate and applied to all required systems. Forwards all invoices to accounting for payment.
- Responds to incoming emails, mail, service requests and sends daily collection letter files for processing.
- Balances general ledger and other internal accounts.
- Prints and mails requested documents for members, third parties and other departments.
- Covers Financial Assistance activities within the department and organization.
- Prepares documentation for litigation accounts at the request of Financial Assistance.
- Orders supplies for Financial Assistance and Loan Servicing.
- All other duties as assigned by management.
- Ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Represents USALLIANCE in a professional and positive manner.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role within a financial institution.
- Knowledge in all MS Office products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Pay
- The base hourly range for this position is $20.86 - $21.49, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential incentives.
- This position is also eligible for an annual corporate bonus.
