Key Responsibilities
- Lead finance and accounting integration activities for Day 1 legal close and TSA (Transition Services Agreement) exit
- Develop and manage detailed integration workplans, timelines, and functional roadmaps

Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience supporting finance, accounting, or ERP integration initiatives
- Hands-on experience with finance and accounting integration in mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures
- Strong understanding of accounting operations, financial reporting, controls, and close processes
- Experience leading ERP or financial system implementations and cutovers
- Experience with chart of accounts mapping and financial data migration
- Ability to develop detailed project plans, workstreams, and governance structures
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
Qualifications
- Required: 5+ years of project management experience supporting finance, accounting, or ERP integration initiatives
- Required: Hands-on experience with finance and accounting integration in mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures
- Required: Strong understanding of accounting operations, financial reporting, controls, and close processes
- Required: Experience leading ERP or financial system implementations and cutovers
- Required: Experience with chart of accounts mapping and financial data migration
- Preferred: Experience with Enertia ERP strongly preferred
- Preferred: Experience working with multiple ERP systems and system migrations
- Preferred: Background in oil & gas, energy, or asset-intensive industries preferred
- Preferred: CPA, PMP, or related certification is a plus
- Preferred: Experience supporting TSA transitions and post-close integration activities preferred
