Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, and maintain automated finance workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Identify manual processes suitable for automation.
• Improve operational efficiency through workflow optimization.
• Develop scalable automation solutions across finance operations.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards for financial reporting.
• Develop interactive reports and executive dashboards.
• Build financial data models to support business analysis.
• Deliver actionable financial insights through data visualization.
• Manage ERP data integrity and reporting accuracy.
• Collaborate with IT and finance teams on system enhancements.
• Support ERP data-driven workflows.
• Optimize financial reporting processes using ERP data.
• Analyze financial performance and operational trends.
• Support revenue recognition and contract accounting activities.
• Perform billing and trade spend analysis.
• Deliver data-driven recommendations for business improvements.
• Aid in revenue accounting processes.
• Support contract accounting activities.
• Review billing data for accuracy.
• Ensure financial reporting aligns with accounting standards.
• Collect, clean, and validate financial data.
• Maintain financial databases and reporting structures.
• Ensure data consistency across multiple systems.
• Improve financial data quality and accessibility.
• Partner with accounting leadership and finance teams.
• Work closely with technology teams on automation initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–7+ years of experience in Accounting, Financial Systems, Finance Automation, Financial Analysis.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power BI, ERP experience (SAP preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Required Skills

Pay

Compensation: $68–$85 per hour (based on experience).
