Financial Analyst Senior

As a Financial Analyst Senior, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of our Navy customer. You will play a crucial role in the financial performance of our Navy Sector.
Responsibilities
- Lead/manage/support annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, quarterly reporting deliverables, month-end close process, and myriad ad hoc analyses/special projects.
- Collaborate with Sector Finance Director, team of Business Area Finance Managers, Finance Analysts, division FP&A team, and business area operation leads.
- Drive innovation, speed, accuracy, and usefulness of budgeting and reporting processes/reports.
- Utilize Excel, Oracle Financials, Oracle Analytics, Hyperion Planning, and developing AI tools.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science.
- Experience: 5+ years of related experience.
- Technical skills: Financial modeling/planning, business intelligence & reporting, data management/analysis, presentation & storytelling/communication of data/financials.
- Hyperion experience strongly preferred.
- FP&A background preferred.
- Must be a US Person (able to work in the US).
- Location: Hybrid – must be able to go into the Falls Church, VA office 3+ days per week.

Pay
The likely salary range for this position is $85,000 – $115,000. Salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
Schedule
Scheduled weekly hours: 40. Hybrid work arrangement – must be able to work onsite in Falls Church, VA 3+ days per week, with full‑flex work week options. Travel required: less than 10%.
