Financial Analyst Senior
About the role
The Financial Analyst Senior position requires in-office 1-2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while offering flexibility for productivity and work-life balance. Alternating locations may be considered for candidates residing within commuting distance from an office.
Responsibilities
- Prepares Medicaid non-claim provider payments.
- Researches payment inquiries and communicates provider payment information to internal and external stakeholders.
- Compiles and prepares standard and ad hoc financial and regulatory reports.
- Prepares month-end high-dollar accrual information supporting actuarial reserves.
- Participates and engages in business improvement projects.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of 1 year of experience in general accounting, financial planning, and management reporting, or an approved Finance internship; or a combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences
- MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred.
