• Local Hybrid Schedule: Monday through Friday (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) based in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic insights by partnering with the system financial team to transform complex data into actionable decisions.
• Master financial modeling by building robust pro formas and using advanced Microsoft Excel and relational databases.
• Shape financial reporting by owning key monthly deliverables and delivering dynamic ad hoc financial analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
• 0–3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products/applications, with strong Microsoft Excel experience (required).
• Relational database and financial or operational modeling experience (a plus).
