Job Summary
The Financial Analyst will serve as a strategic partner to leasing, asset management, and executive leadership, focusing on Deal & Lease Modeling, deal structuring, budgeting, and portfolio oversight.
Responsibilities
- Develop and analyze NPV, NOI, value creation, and sensitivity analyses for deals and leases.
- Collaborate with leasing teams to structure deals effectively.
- Assist in budgeting and conducting asset reviews.
- Oversight of the real estate portfolio.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in real estate.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with Argus Enterprise.
- MRI preferred.
