Financial Analyst - Manufacturing

About the role

Excellent opportunity to join a Global Medical Device Manufacturer in the Woburn area in need of a Financial Analyst due to growth. This is a newly created position reporting into the Director of FP&A and will be part of a 3-person team. This role is very data driven, supporting multiple locations, ERP systems, and partnering with Business Unit leaders.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of board slides and KPI dashboards
• Support consolidation of monthly business review
• Involvement with annual operating plan
• Expense analysis and developing operating expense budgets
• Financial statement review
• Participate in financial system improvement projects partnering with IT

Requirements

• BS Degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA a plus)
• 2+ years of relevant work experience, ideally in a Manufacturing environment

Skills

• Strong systems skills: Power BI, Hyperion, advanced Excel
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong analytical experience

Schedule

Mostly onsite role with tons of flexibility when needed.
