Financial Analyst - Leadership Development Program

About the role

The Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is a two-year early career development program focusing on Finance, Accounting, Treasury, and Internal Audit. This rotational program, starting in Summer 2027, combines job training, mentorship, career development, and community service opportunities while fostering a community within the organization and the FLDP class. Program members will interact with senior leaders and lead or support critical activities and projects across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Analysis and reporting of ongoing operations
  • Forecasting financial and non-financial trends
  • Developing models and performing financial analysis
  • Working on the corporation’s internal accounting functions
  • Supporting the development and monitoring of key controls across the organization
  • Providing guidance on accounting policy issues
  • Developing processes and procedures for improving data inputs and assumptions
  • Protecting operations by keeping financial information confidential
  • Preparing ad hoc analyses and performing other assignments as necessary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, with degrees specializing in Finance or Accounting strongly preferred
  • 2027 Graduate (May preferred)
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
  • Ability to start a full-time, in-office position in Summer 2027
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the latest version of Windows
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven self-starter who can initiate tasks and follow up to completion
  • Exceptional analytical skills; above-average attention to detail
  • Desire to learn about career opportunities in Finance, Accounting, Tax, or the financial services industry
