For our client, a leader in the Finance & Insurance space, we are seeking a Financial Analyst Lead to strengthen forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes that guide business decisions. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. This role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a regulated financial services environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Leads and motivates the team to provide advanced analytics around key business drivers
- Anticipates complex business problems and provides proactive financial solutions
- Advises senior management on financial issues, becoming their trusted advisor
- Makes recommendations for short-term and strategic financial problems
- Mentors team members on complex financial processes and knowledge transfer
- Reviews analysts' work and manages workflow assignments
- Leads initiatives to develop an integrated enterprise planning process
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience
- 7 years of financial/accounting analysis experience to include 2 years leading strategic financial/accounting opportunities
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive storytelling skills
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with complex data analysis
- Experience with financial regulations and compliance
- Strong critical thinking and independent problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with GAAP

Pay
$127,310 – $243,340 annually
