Financial Analyst IV

About the role

Enterprise Senior Financial Analyst responsible for preparing, reviewing, and analyzing globally consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed financial analyses and reporting to C-Suite Executive Leadership on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Offer leadership and technical accounting guidance on complex transactions, including updates to Corporate Financial Instructions.
• Assist global business units with their financial reporting responsibilities.
• Lead and initiate special projects to enhance departmental efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Global Corporate Treasury and FP&A to prepare quarterly financial statement forecasts.
• Drive and implement continuous improvement initiatives, improving efficiency and internal controls.
• Maintain and update process documentation and policies to ensure accurate and reliable financial controls.
• Utilize the HFM system for preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses for key internal stakeholders.
• Key stakeholders include VP & Corporate Controller, Investor Relations, SEC Reporting, and FP&A teams.

Requirements

• Requires 7-10 years of accounting/finance experience, ideally with both Big 4/Regional CPA firm and corporate backgrounds.
• CPA certification or advanced degree preferred.

Skills

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively at all corporate levels.
• Solid knowledge of financial statements, technical accounting, and SEC requirements.
• Proficiency in systems, processes, and continuous improvement; HFM system experience is a plus.
