About the Role
The Sales Compensation Analyst – Americas supports the accurate, timely, and compliant administration of sales incentive compensation for the North and South America sales organizations. This role is primarily responsible for SAP Incentive and Commission Management operational processing, data validation, and issue resolution for assigned sales populations. The analyst partners closely with Sales Compensation Management, Sales Operations, Finance, and HR to ensure compensation plans are executed correctly and that sellers are paid accurately and on time. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in sales compensation operations.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring sellers across North and South America are paid accurately and on time. It directly supports sales confidence, financial integrity, and the overall effectiveness of the sales compensation program while offering exposure to complex incentive structures and enterprise-level systems.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary operational contact for sales compensation questions related to assigned regions.
- Execute day-to-day sales incentive compensation processing in SAP for North & South America, including:
- Crediting validation
- Quota and target loading
- Incentive calculations
- Adjustments, reversals, and corrections
- Ensure incentive results align with approved compensation plans, policies, and business rules.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual compensation cycles, meeting all processing deadlines.
- Support testing and validation for new compensation plans, system changes, or organizational updates.
- Assist with reporting on compensation processing status, issues, and trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, HR, or a related field.
- Experience in sales compensation administration, incentive operations, or sales operations.
- Experience with SAP (Highly preferred) (configuration knowledge a plus, not required).
- Strong understanding of sales compensation fundamentals (quotas, crediting, accelerators, adjustments).
- Advanced Excel skills; experience working with large datasets and reconciliations.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for assigned regions.
- Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven, cyclical processing environment.

Pay
$84,000 – $151,200
