Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Experience managing budgets or anything else finance related
• Ability to obtain a security clearance

Job Description

This person will work with Finance Management, Program Management, CAMs and Finance Analysts to ensure the program meets its financial commitments.

This person will be responsible for loading and maintaining budgets in the Earned Value Management tool (COBRA).

This person will utilize the Earned Value Management system to measure cost and schedule performance, and prepare variance reports on a monthly basis.

This person will develop presentations for upper management on a weekly and monthly basis.

Prepare Comprehensive Estimates at Completion (CEACs) and assist with proposal Basis of Estimates (BOEs).

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree preferred in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Experience baselining and managing large production and/or development contracts
• Experience baselining and managing large budgets
• Previous experience with detailed analysis of data
• Experience with Integrated Master Schedules
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel
• Ability to multi-task in high pressure environment
• Effective analytical skills
• EVM/ Earned Value Experience
• Secret clearance
• 5+ years of related finance experience
