About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst II to join our Corporate FP&A team. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support the company's growth strategies through financial modeling, analysis, and strategic planning. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex financial models related to acquisitions, providing valuable insights to executive management, and supporting strategic initiatives that drive business success. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and experience in financial planning and analysis within a corporate environment. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models related to acquisitions, including ARR, Billings & Revenue, and operating expenses
- Act as the primary finance business partner to the EVP of Corporate Development, supporting expense forecasting and accruals for acquisition-related expenses
- Prepare and contribute to executive-level presentations and financial analyses for senior leadership
- Lead and support strategic projects, ad hoc reporting, and special financial initiatives as needed
- Explore and incorporate AI tools to improve efficiencies in M&A diligence, planning, and repeatable processes
- Collaborate across teams to gather relevant data and ensure alignment with company objectives
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing actionable insights
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and documentation to support strategic decision-making
- Maintain organizational excellence by ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a corporate finance setting, with enterprise software experience considered a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including managing large data workbooks and complex formulas
- Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating executive-level presentations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate financial data effectively
- Experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting for multinational organizations is advantageous
- Demonstrated strong work ethic, ambition, and a proactive learning mindset
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in sensitive matters
- Willingness to embrace evolving technologies and incorporate AI tools for process efficiencies
