Financial Analyst II

About the role

The Places Finance team is looking for a Lease Payment Analyst to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role will provide day-to-day finance support for the Places Finance lease portfolio. The Analyst will interact daily with our business partners in Real Estate, Lease Accounting, and our landlords. This role will report to the Finance Manager of the Places Lease Payments Team (Places Finance).

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day finance support for the Places Finance lease portfolio.
• Interact daily with business partners in Real Estate, Lease Accounting, and landlords.
• Review and process lease invoices in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Handle and interpret large data sets.
• Perform and review Landlord Reconciliations.
• Manage multiple conflicting priorities.
• Show attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
• Show proven financial, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Show excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Show intermediate level of proficiency with Excel.
• Show real estate experience and/or SAP experience (preferred but not required).

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience, okay with 2 coming into 3; ERP experience, dealing with landlords, 3rd party.
• More than 6+ years not desirable.
• Lease experience is preferred - any Ability to review and process lease invoices in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in payment processing or accounts payable.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple conflicting priorities.
• Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills required.
• Proven financial, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate level of proficiency with Excel.
• Real Estate experience is a plus.
• SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field or commensurate experience.
