Financial Analyst II
About the role
As a Financial Analyst II at Cleveland Clinic, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's financial operations and providing decision support to executive staff.
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial operations and information to provide decision support to executive staff
- Support the organization's 10-year financial forecast
- Develop and maintain three-statement financial models (balance sheet, cash flow statement, and income statement)
- Perform advanced Excel analysis
- Utilize Strata for forecasting and financial planning activities
- Support financial analysis and forecasting efforts across the organization
Requirements
- Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field and two years of financial or revenue cycle management or general analytical experience, or High School diploma/GED and six years of experience, or Associate’s degree and four years of experience, or Master’s degree and one year of experience, or Cleveland Clinic Finance Fellow and one year of experience
- Preferred qualifications: Master’s degree, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Account (CMA) certification, Healthcare experience, Strong Excel skills, Experience/exposure to accounting and financial concepts, including balance sheets, SQL/coding experience, Strata experience

Pay
The minimum annual salary for this role is $47,530.00, with a maximum of $72,475.00. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as work history, experience, skill set, and education.
Schedule
This role is remote from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with onsite work every Tuesday at the Independence West Creek location.
Physical Requirements
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information. Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods. Ability to work with physical records or operate a computer or other office equipment. In some locations, ability to move up to 25 lbs.
