Financial Analyst II

About the role

As a Financial Analyst II, you'll serve as a trusted financial partner to clinical and business leaders, using data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and operational success.

• Independently manage financial responsibilities while collaborating with leaders across the organization
• Research and analyze moderately complex financial, accounting, and operational issues
• Act as the primary financial liaison for assigned clinical and business service lines
• Develop, improve, and maintain financial reporting, analysis, and accounting processes
• Support operating and capital budget development, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Prepare and validate financial and regulatory reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Monitor adherence to capital asset management policies and procedures
• Coordinate Charge Master activities and support revenue integrity initiatives
• Deliver exceptional customer service while effectively managing multiple priorities
• Build leadership capabilities by participating in and leading finance projects of increasing complexity

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) functions and reporting tools
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

CPA certification preferred.
