Financial Analyst I, II

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze and communicate key financial information and provide support to management and other staff members regarding financial reporting and other related issues.
• Assist with budget preparation and financial planning processes and budget review for compliance and opportunities.
• Serve as consultant to all levels of management to provide decision support for initiatives, policies and procedures.
• Complete special projects and duties including providing necessary research, forecasting and conflict resolution.

Requirements

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Account (CMA) certification preferred.
• Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, attention to detail, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
• Awareness of key performance indicators, cash flow analysis, product line analysis and proposal development.
• Healthcare experience

Qualifications

• Work Experience (Financial Analyst I): Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field and one year of Accounting, Finance, Healthcare, Investment Banking or Management Consulting experience
• OR High School diploma/GED and four years of experience
• OR Associate’s degree and two years of experience
• Work Experience (Financial Analyst II): Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field and two years of financial or revenue cycle management or general analytical experience
• OR High School diploma/GED and six years of experience
• OR Associate’s degree and four years of experience
• OR Master’s degree and one year of experience
• OR Cleveland Clinic Finance Fellow experience and one year of experience

Skills

Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information. Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods. Ability to work with physical records or operate a computer or other office equipment.

Benefits

Pay

Pay Range Minimum Annual Salary: $43,200.00 Maximum Annual Salary: $65,880.00
