Financial Analyst I, II

Responsibilities
- Prepare, analyze and communicate key financial information and provide support to management and other staff members regarding financial reporting and other related issues.
- Assist with budget preparation and financial planning processes and budget review for compliance and opportunities.
- Serve as consultant to all levels of management to provide decision support for initiatives, policies and procedures.
- Complete special projects and duties including providing necessary research, forecasting and conflict resolution.
Requirements
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Account (CMA) certification preferred.
- Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, attention to detail, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
- Awareness of key performance indicators, cash flow analysis, product line analysis and proposal development.
- Healthcare experience
Qualifications
- Work Experience (Financial Analyst I): Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field and one year of Accounting, Finance, Healthcare, Investment Banking or Management Consulting experience
- OR High School diploma/GED and four years of experience
- OR Associate’s degree and two years of experience
- Work Experience (Financial Analyst II): Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field and two years of financial or revenue cycle management or general analytical experience
- OR High School diploma/GED and six years of experience
- OR Associate’s degree and four years of experience
- OR Master’s degree and one year of experience
- OR Cleveland Clinic Finance Fellow experience and one year of experience
Skills
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information. Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods. Ability to work with physical records or operate a computer or other office equipment.
Benefits

Pay
Pay Range Minimum Annual Salary: $43,200.00 Maximum Annual Salary: $65,880.00
