Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic recent graduate to join our team as a Financial Analyst to directly support the corporate FP&A and finance systems teams. This role is a two-year rotational program offering hands-on experience across corporate FP&A and finance systems, followed by a rotation on a business finance team. You’ll build a foundation in core corporate finance areas including reporting and analysis, finance systems, revenue and expense management, and pricing. The ideal candidate is committed to quality, efficiency, and teamwork, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The position will report to the Director of Finance. Responsibilities
- Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and variance reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence to support strategic planning and business decisions.
- Build and maintain financial models to project company performance and inform leadership decisions.
- Partner with business and Accounting teams to gather data, prepare reports, and present findings to management.
- Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs to surface trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Support the annual budget and ongoing forecast cycles to keep the business on track to its financial targets.
- Leverage Oracle, Power BI, and other finance systems to manage and analyze data.
- Champion continuous improvement of financial reporting and planning processes through cross-functional partnership.
- Identify opportunities to incorporate AI and automation into repeatable finance processes to drive efficiency, accuracy, and scale.
- Perform ad-hoc operational and strategic analyses as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in financial analysis or related coursework.
- Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Roll-up-the-sleeves attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Pay
Salary Range: $48,840.00 to $63,500.00. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, and certifications.
