Position Summary
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Financial Analyst (FGP) - Manhattan, Radiology. This will be a fully onsite role based in midtown Manhattan.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct ad hoc financial, operational, and business analyses
- Develop business cases, forecasting models, and scenario analyses
- Analyze trends, performance drivers, and key operational metrics
- Support strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation initiatives
- Design and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and performance metrics
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement, revenue enhancement, and cost optimization
- Evaluate business processes, service lines, contracts, and operational initiatives
- Translate complex findings into executive-ready recommendations and presentations
- Partner with leadership on strategic projects and organizational priorities
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field, with 1-3 years relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Possess strong customer service and problem solving skill sets.

Salary Range
The salary range for the role is $66,300.00 - $73,500.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need.
