Financial Analyst- D&A P58

About the role

The Financial Analyst will act as the Finance Partner specifically for the P58 go-live transition for the Digital & Automation (D&A) business line. They will provide financial analysis for actuals as we migrate to P58, support pricing administration updates, manage equipment backlog, engage in month end closing activities, work with internal stakeholders on resolving A/R disputes, manage inventory reserves and unbilled A/R reconciliation, help resolve operational issues, and actively participate in P58 scoping and migration activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis for actuals as we migrate to P58
• Support pricing administration updates as we migrate to P58
• Manage equipment backlog particularly as we migrate to P58 as well as after go-live
• Engage in month end closing activities after P58 go-live
• Work with internal stakeholders on resolving A/R disputes after P58 go-live
• Manage inventory reserves and unbilled A/R reconciliation throughout P58 migration and go-live
• Help to resolve operational issues, as and when required, with pricing administration, central quotes desk, logistics, sales administration, accounting, credit collections, lifecycle administration, and field offices
• Actively involved in P58 scoping and migration activities

Requirements

• BS/BA in Finance or Accounting or related area required
• 2+ years of progressive experience with finance and accounting concepts
• Previous commercial support experience in project business with good understanding of order to cash concepts is a plus
• High proficiency in Excel
• Dedicated, attention to detail, and have a propensity towards quality and continuous improvement
• High proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Collaboration and teamwork
• Creating and presenting information in an executive-level format

Qualifications
