- The Financial Analyst – Cost Accounting supports product costing, financial analysis, and accounting control for the Engines business.
- You'll partner with Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Finance to drive cost transparency and operational decision-making across multiple manufacturing locations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 0–5 years of experience in cost accounting or manufacturing finance.
- Foundational knowledge of cost accounting, inventory accounting, or variance analysis (coursework or internship counts).
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic financial modeling).
- Familiarity with ERP systems; SAP exposure a plus.

Pay
The Salary range for this position is $62,350.00-$93,550.00. The specific Salary rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
