About the role
We are seeking a Financial Analyst – Cost Accounting to join our dynamic Finance team. This role will provide impactful insights that drive value creation, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth. You will support Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing with accurate, timely, and data-driven reporting across gross margin, inventory, and capital expenditures.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance financial reporting leveraging modern BI tools (PowerBI, SAP, Oracle EPM) to deliver actionable insights
- Perform gross margin analysis including price, volume, mix, and FX impact
- Conduct deep-dive variance analysis on work orders, purchase price variance (PPV), and absorption
- Build and maintain ad-hoc financial models to support business decisions
- Participate in cost savings initiatives including Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and Six Sigma Green Belt projects
- Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP), quarterly forecasts, and Strategic Plan processes for Supply Chain and Manufacturing
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance, with a focus on Operations, Supply Chain, and/or Manufacturing
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience with ERP/EPM systems (SAP, Oracle EPM)
- Excel and PowerPoint with advanced proficiency
