About the role

Join Trimble's Customer FP&A team to directly partner with global customer leadership, leverage cutting-edge generative AI, and build advanced predictive models that optimize customer lifetime value and maximize our net retention rate worldwide.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Partner collaboratively with Global Support, Renewals, and Customer Success leaders to deliver data-driven insights that optimize operational efficiency.
  • Spearhead monthly and quarterly financial forecasting alongside annual budgeting cycles for our global customer organizations.
  • Build and refine advanced Business Intelligence models to monitor critical operational metrics, including Cost to Serve and Deflection Rates.
  • Evaluate the financial impact of self-service automation and deflection strategies on Customer Lifetime Value and overall platform stickiness.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related numerical field with approximately 3 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience.
  • Strong foundational modeling skills in Excel and Google Sheets, with a relentless attention to detail in cleaning data and investigating variances.
  • Hands-on, practical experience leveraging modern generative AI tools to accelerate data analysis and automate routine workflows.
  • Proven ability to translate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders and work productively across various teams.

Bonus Points For Experience

  • Working within a fast-growing, dynamic SaaS or enterprise technology environment.
  • Familiarity with Customer Experience metrics and advanced Business Intelligence tools.

  • Location: Westminster, CO/Lake Oswego, OR (In Office)
  • Travel Requirement: 10%

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
