Job Summary
Responsible for assisting in preparation, coordination, and documentation of financial analysis projects. This role analyzes financial and operational performance and partners with stakeholders across the organization to support business planning and informed decision-making.
What you’ll do
- Provides analytical support for financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and other forward-looking business initiatives
- Affords assistance in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and analysis of financial performance and key business trends
- Maintains, develops, and enhances reporting, dashboards, and financial tools to enhance accessibility, accuracy, and efficiency
- Partners with cross-functional business teams to provide financial insights and support data-driven decision-making
What you’ll bring
- Three (3) to four (4) years of relevant professional experience or a demonstrated equivalent level of expertise
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or a demonstrated equivalent level of applicable experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Experience with analytical tools (advanced Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
- Experience with corporate planning tools (Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM strongly preferred)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders
Base Salary Range
New hires generally start between $85,000 - $95,000 per year. The full range is $85,000-$150,000 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
