Financial Analyst

Role Overview: The Senior Financial Analyst II provides business intelligence by analyzing financial data, assessing key performance drivers, and advising leadership on investment and expense decisions to maximize efficiency and profitability. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review budget vs. actual comparisons, ensure consistent application of accounting principles, oversee month-end close activities, analyze complex financial information, and communicate performance insights to management. Lead multiple forecast events annually, review data accuracy, and develop presentations to guide strategic decisions. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance with 5+ years of experience (or Associates with 7+ years), advanced knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, proficiency in SAP (including BPC), and strong Excel skills. Ability to interpret accounting concepts and collaborate effectively with diverse teams is essential.
