Financial Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support veterinary practice operations by providing financial insights and analysis. The role involves assisting with doctor bonus calculations, participating in month-end processes, and analyzing doctor performance and business trends. The analyst will collaborate with operational leaders, develop stakeholder relationships, and interpret Practice Management Software data. Preparing ad hoc analyses and presenting findings are key duties.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum of two years experience in FP&A, corporate/strategic finance, or investment banking
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
• Ability to interpret large data sets and identify trends
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• High integrity with confidential information handling
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
