Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate monthly capital calls to investors to ensure funding is received in a timely manner
• Aid teams with tracking costs and forecasting cash flows for projects in the diligence phase
• Track and monitor recurring variances, identifying trends and risk areas impacting forecast accuracy
• Improve financial workflows, modeling standards, and reporting processes to increase rigor, efficiency, and scalability
• Prepare monthly financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to support efficient data management
• Conduct ad hoc analyses related to strategic initiatives and capital investment decisions, translating assumptions into clear financial impact and decision-ready insights
• Track capital commitments and approvals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Works well with others from all levels of the org chart
• Effective communication with complicated topics
• Experience in cost accounting, auditing, or financial reporting
• Naturally curious and driven toward continual improvement
