Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in finance (FP&A, accounting, or related)
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Fast-paced, collaborative team player who excels in dynamic environments
What you’ll do:
- Monitor R&D and project spend to ensure alignment with approved budgets
- Partner with engineering and operations teams to forecast labor, headcount, and resource needs
- Prepare periodic variance analysis and management-level reporting
- Support planning and evaluation of capital or operational investments
- Track approvals, maintain financial documentation, and follow up with stakeholders

Pay:
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications/certifications, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $75,000 – $90,000, annualized base compensation plus bonus and equity. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications, physical location and experience.
