Job Summary
The Financial Analyst I supports the assigned operational, contracting, and account management teams with analytic support for sourcing and implementation events. Works both independently and collaboratively to provide various financial and savings/opportunity analyses.
Qualifications
- Prepares market share data
- Analyzes vendor proposals and prepares detailed data for financial analysis
- Data cleansing and analysis of purchase histories obtained through Requests for Information and internal data sources
- Supports Sourcing team and Account Management throughout vendor negotiations
- Effective communication of results to finance and sourcing team leads
- Ensures accuracy and completeness of detailed pricing files as related to contracting projects
- Evaluates price and product amendments to purchasing agreements
- Ad Hoc requests from assigned teams
- Ongoing financial assistance as it relates to the management of purchasing agreements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or healthcare
