Primary Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end monthly payout process, including revenue share calculations, verification, and reporting for OWN Program Participants
- Support equipment sales tracking and onboarding into OWN Program
- Build and maintain dynamic financial models to forecast sensitivities to changes in equipment valuations, utilization, and interest rates
- Write and maintain SQL queries for data retrieval, reconciliation, and automation of recurring workflows
- Document and standardize payout workflows to support audit readiness and program scalability
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in existing processes; implement automations to reduce manual effort
- Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Operations, Legal, OWN Program Participants, and external bank partners to support program structuring and reporting
- Contribute to broader corporate finance deliverables including forecasting, reporting, and ad hoc strategic analysis

Skills & Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with large, complex datasets
- Expert-level Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- SQL experience required; AI and/or Python experience a plus
- Working knowledge of financial analysis: forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, and revenue recognition concepts
- Proven ability to approach complex, ambiguous problems with curiosity and an analytical mindset
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related function
- SQL experience required; Python/AI a plus
- Construction or equipment industry experience a plus
