Financial Analyst

Summary Of Responsibilities

• Support the monthly close process, including inventory and cost-related activities
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate variances
• Analyze financial results, identify variances, and assist in root-cause analysis
• Affiliate with plant forecasts and budgets
• Support internal controls and compliance requirements, including SOX
• Affiliate with internal and external audit requests
• Perform sales/use and other tax-related accounting activities
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• Knowledge of GAAP and basic accounting processes (close, reconciliations)
• Analytical ability, detailed orientation, and commitment to accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Microsoft Excel competence
• Experience with ERP systems
