Financial Analyst

In this role, you'll work alongside Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Program Management, and Finance leaders to analyze financial performance, improve profitability, and support strategic decision-making. You'll gain exposure to multiple areas of the business while building valuable experience in manufacturing finance, pricing, inventory analysis, and operational reporting.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage pricing and quote information within company systems
- Analyze quoted pricing, margins, and profitability against actual business results
- Prepare and evaluate reports related to gross margin, inventory, accounts receivable, and other key financial metrics
- Partner with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve pricing and cost variances
- Analyze product costs, supplier pricing changes, manufacturing overhead, and work-order reporting
- Support customer quoting activities and ensure pricing accuracy across business units
- Perform general ledger analysis, account reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close support
- Create both standard and ad hoc reports that help drive operational and financial decisions
- Leverage Excel and other analytical tools to identify trends, opportunities, and business risks
- Contribute to process improvements, operational efficiencies, and factory planning initiatives
Requirements
- Financial analysis and accounting experience
- Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis
- Understanding of general ledger concepts and financial reporting
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience manipulating large datasets and building financial reports (preferred)
- A collaborative mindset with a willingness to ask questions, challenge assumptions, and continuously learn (preferred)

Pay
The pay range for this position is $54,080.00 - $68,640.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
Schedule
This position is 100% onsite in Spokane, WA, with standard business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
