Duties And Responsibilities
- Using Oracle, design reports, map accounts, develop JVs, run various systems assigning department charges
- Analyze spending variances
- Develop activity and cost projections for production and lab centers
- Determine manpower, salary and fringe expenses by salary groups
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft packages to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Demonstrated organizational skills
- Self-directed and works well in a matrix organization
- Ability to work holidays, weekends and overtime as required
- Knowledge and training: B.S. in Business/Accounting and two years financial reporting and/or budgets, equivalent experience of six years in financial reporting and/or budgets in a manufacturing environment, strong skills and knowledge of accounting theory and application of financial principles
