Responsibilities
- Aid in the compilation, reporting, and preparation of program and budget information for various stakeholders.
- Support the preparation of capabilities requests, point papers, briefing charts, spreadsheets, memos, and other documents within specified timelines.
- Analyze funding requirements in conjunction with execution history and provide reporting on planned versus actual requirements and funding.
- Maintain oversight of expenses against established budgets.
Requirements
- Five (5) years of DoD or commercial experience in purchasing or finance with a bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
- Experience in preparing reports reflecting program/project status in areas of cost, schedule, and performance.
- Experience in budget planning, budget preparation, and budget execution for acquisition programs.
- Experience with the agency's financial management system is preferred.
- For those without a degree, a Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) certification, or DAWIA II in Business/Financial Management, at least three (3) years of directly related experience is required.
