For our client, a leader in the Transportation space, we are seeking a Financial Analysis Senior Manager to join their team. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes in a complex logistics environment.
Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
About the role
You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the auction Finance team, fostering high employee engagement
- Prepare and present consolidated financial results to various leadership stakeholders
- Build collaborative relationships with departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations
- Provide insights and drive operational efficiencies and cost improvements
- Analyze financial trends and variances, partnering with leadership to enhance results
- Support the creation and presentation of forecasts, budgets, and long-term plans
- Manage the development of business cases for new investment opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting with 8+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, or Master's with 6+ years, or Ph.D with 3+ years; non-degreed candidates require 12+ years of experience
- 3+ years of experience in a management or lead role
- MBA and/or CPA preferred
- Strong understanding of financial concepts like IRR, NPV, and DCF
- Exceptional analytical skills demonstrated by a track record of results
- Advanced MS Excel skills including complex formulas and financial modeling
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing
Pay
$122,700 – $204,500 annually
