Financial Analysis Manager

We're seeking a strategic, operations-focused Financial Analysis Manager to help drive financial performance across a rapidly evolving healthcare organization while leading a team of analysts and partnering with leaders across the business.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and projection activities.
- Manage quarterly Net APC reviews and present financial recommendations to leadership.
- Oversee incentive compensation administration, including data validation, calculations, reporting, and payout processes.
- Analyze financial results and key performance indicators to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial reporting and data.
- Develop and enhance reporting tools and analytical capabilities to meet evolving business needs.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of financial analysts while fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Prioritize team deliverables and drive process improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Perform financial modeling and ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Sciences, Finance, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), financial analysis, corporate finance, or related areas.
- 2+ years of experience leading and developing finance professionals; this role directly manages two Senior Financial Analysts.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, data analysis, pivot tables, and advanced formulas.
- Experience with executive reporting, financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
- Ability to partner effectively with operational and executive leaders.
- Healthcare industry experience preferred.
- Experience with Hyperion and Essbase is a plus.
- Ability to work Eastern Time Zone business hours.
- Limited travel may be required.
