Financial Analysis Manager

About the role

Johnson Controls, a global leader in thermal management, mission-critical building systems, energy efficiency, and decarbonization, seeks a Financial Analyst to join the Corporate FP&A and Investor Relations teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly recurring reports to be distributed to Senior Management
• Aid in the preparation of ad hoc presentations to be distributed to Corporate FP&A leadership, investor relations, and Senior Management
• Collaborate with Business Unit FP&A teams and functional departments across the company to build and/or enhance analysis as necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Math, or Engineering; MBA a plus
• Background in investment banking, valuation, or consulting is preferred
• Advanced Excel modeling expertise and PowerPoint skills
• Strong analytical skills and research capabilities
• Meticulous attention to detail and organization
• Comfort with quantitative work
• Knowledge and understanding of finance and accounting concepts
• Team player with excellent communication skills required
• Knowledge of HFM (and OneStream) a plus

Qualifications

Hiring Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
