About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team in developing and implementing innovative educational programs that enhance student learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new educational programs aligned with institutional goals and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with faculty to integrate technology and best practices in teaching and learning.
• Evaluate program effectiveness through data analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Supervise a team of instructional designers and support staff.
• Stay current with educational trends and innovations in higher education.

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in educational program development and management.
• Experience with educational technology tools and platforms.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of adult learning principles and strategies.
• Experience with curriculum design and assessment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
