About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team in developing and implementing innovative educational programs that enhance student learning outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new educational programs aligned with institutional goals and accreditation standards.
- Collaborate with faculty to integrate technology and best practices in teaching and learning.
- Evaluate program effectiveness through data analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Supervise a team of instructional designers and support staff.
- Stay current with educational trends and innovations in higher education.
Requirements
- A Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in educational program development and management.
- Experience with educational technology tools and platforms.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and strategies.
- Experience with curriculum design and assessment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
