About the role

The Financial Aid Coordinator position at Lehman College is responsible for providing essential financial aid information to students, staff, and faculty. This role involves direct student services, compliance with financial aid regulations, and collaboration with various departments to support enrollment management activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • At least 2 years prior experience in a financial aid environment preferred.
  • Experience with CUNYFirst or PeopleSoft systems preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Commitment to the high level of customer service.
  • Must be available to work some evening and weekend hours.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary commensurate with education and experience. $50,350.
