Financial Advisory Senior Director, Office of the CFO

For our client, we are seeking a Financial Advisory Senior Director Office Of The CFO to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will strengthen forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes that guide business decisions. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a Business Services environment. Location: Marion, IN - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $250,000 – $325,000 annually Responsibilities Serve as financial advisor and/or interim leader to executive stakeholders Lead complex finance engagements including interim leadership and finance strategic planning Oversee engagement delivery quality, risk management, and client satisfaction Provide strategic guidance on finance governance and organizational effectiveness Develop and expand relationships with existing and prospective clients Lead proposal development and pricing strategy Mentor and develop high-performing consulting teams Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field required MBA, CPA, CFA, or other advanced certifications preferred 10+ years of experience in public accounting, consulting, corporate finance, or finance transformation leadership Demonstrated success leading large-scale finance transformation programs Strong understanding of finance operating models and financial systems and ERP platforms Experience managing senior client stakeholders and C-suite relationships Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage Wellness programs available Annual incentive compensation program Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
