Responsibilities
- Own a defined “clear book” of mass-affluent clients and provide financial advice using templated, tech-enabled workflows
- Deliver consistent, high-quality guidance tailored to each client's needs
- Balance efficiency with personal connection to create an excellent client experience
- Prepare and present planning concepts and portfolio updates clearly and concisely
- Document meetings, execute follow-ups promptly, and maintain proactive client touchpoints
- Anticipate client needs and contribute to strong client satisfaction and retention
- Partner with a Centralized Support Team to coordinate reviews, updates, trading requests, and service tickets through standardized processes
- Help ensure a smooth, consistent client experience across all interactions
- Grow wallet share and earn referrals through exceptional service
- Participate in new relationship development aligned with the mass-affluent model
- Hold referral conversations with the goal of generating new client relationships at Savant
- Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve templates, playbooks, and service standards
- Support thoughtful transitions into or out of mass-affluent as client complexity changes
- Maintain continuity, trust, and professionalism during client handoffs
- Use advisory AI tools to improve efficiency and meeting quality
- Leverage intelligent note-taking, AI-driven insights, and data tools to support better decisions
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in a financial advisory or advisory support role, with demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and develop financial plans
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- CFP® certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within two years of hire)
- Strong financial planning and wealth management acumen with sound judgment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and financial planning/investment tools
- Client-first mindset with excellent communication and listening skills
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to work effectively across functions
- Comfortable working in a remote environment

Pay
The expected base salary range for this role nationally is $75,000. This role qualifies for the Beacon Financial Advisor Incentive plan, which will be discussed during the interview process.
