Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to assess their financial needs

- Identify and set appointments with potential clients
- Provide ongoing consultation and support
Requirements
- Must obtain series licenses and qualify to be approved to be a Financial Advisor before starting in office
- Must be a U.S. or Permanent Resident
- Willingness to work onsite; this is not a remote position
- Associate degree in business or related industry is essential
Qualifications
The role requires a comprehensive training program covering financial planning, investment analysis, portfolio management, marketing techniques, consultative selling, client service, and regulatory compliance. There is also significant career growth potential within the company, including a leadership program (District Manager, Field Vice President, and other opportunities).
