About the role

We are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented advisors to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success. This role offers a competitive commission-based compensation package & onboarding incentives, the opportunity to leverage an existing network of institutional clients, and the chance to be part of a dynamic and growing organization.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with institutional clients to build and maintain relationships
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients
  • Manage and grow your client base through referrals and direct outreach
  • Leverage San Blas Securities' network and resources to provide comprehensive financial solutions
  • Adhere to all regulatory requirements and maintain compliance

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven success
  • Series 7 (6) and 63 licenses are required
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Portable existing client relationships are a requirement

Benefits

Pay

  • 80% to 90%+ for independents

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Knowledge of financial products and services
  • Experience in building and maintaining client relationships
