The Role
Transition your existing book of business to a more efficient, higher-payout platform. Maintain full ownership and control of client relationships. Deliver comprehensive wealth management advice aligned to your clients' needs. Collaborate with other senior advisors and firm leadership. Participate in firm growth initiatives, mentorship, and leadership opportunities (optional, not required).
Who This Is For
- Financial / Wealth Advisors with a transferable book of business
- Wirehouse or bank advisors currently earning ~25–35%
- Independent advisors burdened by inefficiencies and lack of opportunity
- Those with strong client retention and an extensive relationship management track record
- Advisors motivated by better economics, autonomy, and long-term upside
- Collaborative professionals who value flexibility and ownership
- High-level professionals with experience in custodian platforms LPL and/or Schwab.
Compensation & Financial Upside
Payout range: 60–80%+ based on book size and structure
Top-tier payout bands available for advisors with larger, scalable books
No forced production grids or artificial caps
Clear alignment between revenue generation and take-home pay
Select advisors may have the opportunity to participate in long-term value creation initiatives, including leadership roles and potential equity participation.
On-Target Earnings: $150K - $600K+
| Uncapped earnings structure directly tied to revenue production and growth.
