As a Financial Advisor, you will identify client financial needs, deliver comprehensive investment and insurance recommendations, and drive a customer-centric transformation through bold thinking and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual investment sales, revenue, asset growth, and client engagement goals.
- Conduct frequent client appointments (in-person, virtual, and telephone) to identify financial needs and recommend appropriate investment and insurance solutions.
- Manage, retain, and grow an assigned book of business through proactive relationship management and ongoing financial guidance.
- Develop new client relationships by partnering with branch leadership and licensed bank personnel to generate referrals.
- Deliver a comprehensive, needs-based financial planning experience aligned with client goals, risk tolerance, and investment strategies.
- Recommend multi-product solutions across investment and insurance offerings to meet client financial objectives.
- Increase assets under management and wallet share within existing and prospective client relationships.
- Maintain compliance with bank, broker/dealer, FINRA, state, and federal regulations governing investment and insurance products.
- Complete required professional training, continuing education, and licensing requirements.
- Serve as a trusted investment resource for internal business partners while adhering to regulatory and compliance standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Finance, Economics, Management Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field (required).
- Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Management Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience providing investment guidance and advice to clients (required).
- 5+ years of demonstrated sales achievement with high ethical standards (required).
- NASD licenses: FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63 & 65) (required).
- Appropriate state insurance licenses (required).
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Superior knowledge of financial analysis and risk evaluation.
- Demonstrated expertise in a broad range of investment and insurance solutions, including fee-based advisory programs, fixed income strategies, structured products, annuities, and life insurance.
- Proven ability to deliver needs-based financial planning and implement personalized investment strategies.
- Strong relationship management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Pay
The annualized base pay range for this position is $61,875 to $105,000 USD, with exact compensation varying based on skills, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and location.
