Responsibilities
- Lead the growth of TruOak Financial Partners' Atlanta office
- Manage production and advisor teams
- Recruit and develop new advisors
- Drive business development and market expansion
- Build a strong, supportive culture focused on accountability, purpose, growth, and support
Requirements
- Proven track record of leading financial services teams
- Experience in managing production and advisor teams
- Ability to attract and retain top talent
- Strong leadership skills and a vision for the future
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in financial services leadership
- Experience in managing production and advisor teams
- Strong track record of recruiting and developing advisors
- Leadership experience in a fast-growing organization
