Managing Director, Financial Advisor

The Managing Director role at WealthBridge Financial Group is designed for an experienced financial advisor looking to transition from a successful personal practice to a leadership position. The ideal candidate will continue to grow their own client base while also recruiting, mentoring, and developing a team of other advisors.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of experienced financial advisors
• Recruit and mentor fellow advisors
• Foster a high-performance culture within the firm
• Help shape the future growth of the firm
• Continue personal client work

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice
• Active Life and Health License required
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship and support available if not currently held)
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term vision for growth
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Certified Financial Planner preferred, but not required with relevant experience
